Geir Lundberg is general manager of Odd Lundberg AS and has fished for herring with his own fishingboat since the 70s. He is on the board of several of the family groups seafood companies and has also held many different organizational positions a large network in the herring industry. Geir also has many contacts in China through exports and frequent trips there.

Arne Hjeltnes has worked for 3 years in Hong Kong for the Seafood Council, 2 years for Innovation Norway in the USA, 3 years in MOWI and has held various positions in the Norwegian fishing industry.

Arild Vollan has extensive experience of working in and towards China. He is today daily manager in Arctic Green, as well as managing partner in Arctic Development

Arjen Kraaijeveld has experience from exporting Norwegian-produced herring products to China. Arjen is very concerned with product development in Norway in relation to pelagics species. He has worked with this for over 20 years and in collaboration with FHF, Nofima and Pelagia AS developed a product, Jomfrusild (Norwegian Matjes). On daily basis Arjen Kraaijeveld works as a senior lecturer at the University College at Westland. Here he primarily works with fire safety, but also with innovation subjects.
