Matured herring with chili and spring onion
Ingredients
1 package Matured herring, 5 filets
1 cm chili and one spring onion chopped.
1 cm wasabi
4 tablespoons with balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Thaw the package of herring, 10 minutes in cold water.
Slice the herring.
Lay the slices on a dish, sprinkle over finely chopped chili and spring onion.
Mix a little wasabi in balsamic vinegar and drizzle over the salad. Do not use too much sauce, the herring should not be drowned!
Matured herring spring rolls with pineapple
Ingredients
1 package matured herring, 5 filets
1 pineapple
Rice paper, cucumber, carrot
Sweet chili sauce
Preparation
Thaw the package of herring, 10 minutes in cold water.
Slice the herring.
Hollow out the pineapple and cut the pulp into strips.
Place the herring slices together with strips of cucumber,
pineapple and carrot in rice paper and fold together.

Matured herring with Sichuan sauce
Ingredients

1 cm chili chopped.

Fresh coriander leaves
Preparation
Thaw the package of herring, 10 minutes in cold water.
Slice the herring.
Place the pieces along the edges of a bowl,
put sauce in the middle and garnish with coriander leaves.
Matured herring with ponzu sauce
Ingredients
1 package Matured herring, 5 filets
1 cm chili and one clove of garlic chopped.
Some fresh grated ginger
4 tablespoons ponzu sauce
Toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Thaw the package of herring, 10 minutes in cold water.
Slice the herring.
Lay the slices on a dish as a long line.
Make a blend of ponzu sauce, chili, garlic, and grated ginger. let the sauce stand for 30 min.
Sprinkle the herring with toasted sesame seeds and serve together with the sauce.
